Well it is finally summer in Nashville. The humid and warm weather arrived this week and Charlotte will be home for her last summer. I am excited and sad about all the changes in my life. I am enjoying working but don't like being quite so busy. I am excited to be a grammy but miss Jacey alot. I am excited that it is warm and the yard is pretty but I get tired of mowing. I love my home but wish for one that has more suitable rooms. I love my children and am excited to see them doing so well and moving forward with their lives, but kinda miss being needed as much as before. Life seems to change so fast and just when I get used to it - it changes.

Sunday May 11, 2008 MOTHER"S DAY

I have two of the most wonderful daughters in the world. They are almost perfect. They have a good "head" on their shoulders, make smart decisions, confident, and mature. I am so happy that they love their God and their families and that life is good for them. I know that God will be with them each day and with each decision. I love my 'extended' children also...one of my "children" told me that I loved them too much and maybe that is correct but I just don't know how to do it "part way". Thank you, Father, for my wonderful children.
